Cornerstone Technologies launches a new website for The Belgian Beer Cafe

The Belgian Beer Cafe came to Cornerstone Technologies to update their current website with a complete re-design. This re-design was required to modernise the website, attract customers and to include information about the great new restaurant in Balmain.

The end results not only improve the brand image of the well-known Sydney restaurant with use of flash and art-nouveau imagery, but also provides an easy to navigate interface for their patrons to find contact information and menus.

Cornerstone Technologies is given an Australian Achiever Award for 2009

Australian Achiever Award Cornerstone Technologies Australia scored 94.32% for customer satisfaction thus being awarded as being Highly Recommended. Now into its twelfth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a businesses’ own customers – an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

Cornerstone develops online reporting system for QBE

Cornerstone develops an online system to track and report accounting and tax implications of changes in employee share options and conditiional rights.  The system was developed in conjunction with QBE's business solutions group and streamlines the previoiusly manual process of recording, consolidating, calculating, and reporting on employee share options and conditional rights.

Cornerstone provided system, interface and database design along with back-end development using MS SQL database, written in VB.Net and built on the Microsoft ASP.NET Framework 2.0.

Australian Strawberry Distributors launches new look site

Australian Strawberry Distributors (ASD) have farms in both Victoria and Queensland allowing ASD to produce strawberries almost all year round. ASD pack over 1 million trays of strawberries for the market each year and is a leading supplier in Australia.

The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month is one of the biggest events for food lovers across Sydney and NSW. The GFM site offers a smorgasbord of street festivals, art and music, cooking classes, farmers' markets and exquisite lunches and dinners.

The Sydney Morning Herald recently engaged Cornerstone for a new website design for the popular Good Food Month. SMH chose Cornerstone's webConductor CMS for its feature rich capabilities such as easy-to-use content editor, email marketing and integrated site statistics. The site received over 200,000 visits in a 1.5 month period!
